Abstract:
To address the current issues in laboratory equipment management, including incomplete lifecycle management, inconvenient inventory processes, and insufficient data security, this paper designs and implements a laboratory equipment lifecycle management platform based on data encryption. The platform realizes full lifecycle management of equipment from entry to usage adjustment, maintenance, and disposal, ensuring the integrity of equipment information. On the basis of traditional Web-side management, QR code technology is adopted to associate equipment information, achieving one-item-one-code management. A mobile mini-program is developed to facilitate functions such as equipment inventory, audit management and information management, enhancing the convenience of equipment management. Encryption algorithms are employed to ensure secure data storage and platform user identity authentication, thereby strengthening platform security.
