高分辨透射电镜四维共享体系的构建

Construction of a Four-Dimensional Sharing System for High-Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy

  • 摘要: 高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)是材料科学研究的核心表征装备,其共享效率直接影响科研资源配置与创新效能。该研究以 JEOL JEM-2100F 型高分辨透射电镜为对象,构建并实践了“专业化管理、规范化培训、信息化服务、高效化团队”四维共享体系,推动设备从被动开放转向主动服务。体系从2021年实施后,截至2024年,设备有效机时增长 80.2%,服务用户数增长 97.1%,支撑科研项目增长 33.3%,支撑论文产出量增长 150%,显著提升了设备利用与科研支撑能力。该体系具备“核心稳定、维度弹性”的可迁移性,可为同类大型仪器共享提供系统管理框架,对推动科研资源集约化配置与整体创新效能提升具有示范意义。

     

    Abstract: The high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) serves as a core characterization tool in materials science research, and its sharing efficiency directly affects the allocation of research resources and innovation performance. Taking the JEOL JEM-2100F high-resolution transmission electron microscope as the research subject, this study constructs and implements a four-dimensional sharing system featuring “professionalized management, standardized training, information-based services, and an efficient technical team.” This system shifts equipment from passive opening toward proactive service. From its implementation in 2021 to 2024, the effective operating time of the instrument increased by 80.2%, the number of served users grew by 97.1%, supported research projects rose by 33.3%, and paper output backed by the instrument expanded by 150%, significantly improving equipment utilization and research support capacity. Characterized by “core stability and dimensional flexibility,” the system offers transferability and a systematic management framework for the sharing of similar large-scale instruments. It has exemplary significance for promoting the intensive allocation of research resources and enhancing overall innovation performance.
