Abstract:
The high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) serves as a core characterization tool in materials science research, and its sharing efficiency directly affects the allocation of research resources and innovation performance. Taking the JEOL JEM-2100F high-resolution transmission electron microscope as the research subject, this study constructs and implements a four-dimensional sharing system featuring “professionalized management, standardized training, information-based services, and an efficient technical team.” This system shifts equipment from passive opening toward proactive service. From its implementation in 2021 to 2024, the effective operating time of the instrument increased by 80.2%, the number of served users grew by 97.1%, supported research projects rose by 33.3%, and paper output backed by the instrument expanded by 150%, significantly improving equipment utilization and research support capacity. Characterized by “core stability and dimensional flexibility,” the system offers transferability and a systematic management framework for the sharing of similar large-scale instruments. It has exemplary significance for promoting the intensive allocation of research resources and enhancing overall innovation performance.
