Development of Virtual Simulation Experiment Platform for the Optimization Design of High-range Air-assisted Sprayer

  • 摘要: 该文以2018年国家虚拟仿真实验教学项目“高射程喷雾机优化设计虚拟仿真实验”为对象,介绍了该虚拟仿真实验平台的开发思路与方法。首先,分析了高射程喷雾机优化设计虚拟仿真实验资源开发的难点,提出了开发思路;其次,从设计、优化、组装等角度阐述了虚拟仿真实验平台的开发方案,并介绍了开发工具;最后,分别给出了轴流风机风筒设计、风送系统结构优化、摆动机构设计、整机虚拟组装、考核与评价等模块的开发实例。该文可为机械设计类虚拟仿真实验资源的建设提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Based on the “optimization design of high-range air-assisted sprayer”—a national virtual simulation experiment teaching project in 2018, the development ideas and methods of the virtual experimental platform are introduced in this paper. Firstly, the difficulties of building high-range air-assisted sprayer virtual simulation experiment platform are analyzed and the construction methods are proposed; secondly, the development scheme and software tools are explained; finally, the development examples (e.g., wind canister design, fan system optimization, swing component design, virtual assembly and evaluation) are presented to explain how to construct the virtual simulation experiment platform. This article can provide a reference for the construction of virtual simulation projects in mechanical design.
