岩石直接拉伸试验夹具的改进及其试验方法

Improvement of Rock Direct Tensile Test Fixture and Its Experimental Method

  • 摘要: 针对现有技术中岩石直接拉伸试验受重力影响导致结果准确率低,且不能直接在传统岩石压力机上进行试验的不足,提出了一种用于岩石直接拉伸试验的夹具及基于该夹具的试验方法。该装置及试验方法将拉伸方向由传统的竖直方向转化为水平方向,使重力和拉伸轴力正交,避免了重力对拉伸轴力的影响;此外,该夹具能够直接在普通岩石压力机上实现岩石直接拉伸试验,结果准确;最后,该夹具能通过改变夹具的弧度实现加载速率降低进而获得全应力应变曲线和岩石抗拉强度。

     

    Abstract: In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing experimental techniques, the direct tension test of rock is affected by gravity, which results in low accuracy and can’t be directly tested on the traditional rock press. The paper proposes a fixture for direct tension test of rock and a test method based on the fixture. This method transforms the tension direction from the traditional vertical direction to the horizontal direction, makes the gravity and the tension axial force orthogonal, and avoids the influence of gravity on the tension axial force. Moreover, the fixture can directly carry out the rock direct tension test on the ordinary rock press, and obtain the accurate results. Last, the loading rate can be reduced by changing the radian of the fixture to obtain the full stress-strain curve and rock tension strength.
