基于实验大赛的化工人才培养的创新研究

Innovative Study of Chemical Talents Training Based on Experiment Competition

  • 摘要: 该文阐述了全国大学生化工实验大赛对化工类本科生培养模式的思考,通过竞赛探索将课堂的理论知识与实验和仿真模拟相结合,不仅巩固学生基础知识,增强学生的动手能力、创新思维及团队合作意识,而且更好地与化工实际生产相结合。全国大学生化工实验大赛也将进一步促进化工类课程体系的教学改革,如通过仿真模拟增加实验室安全训练等,不断丰富教学内容,改进教学方法,拓展学习空间和灵活性。同时,指导教师通过组织竞赛、担任评委等方式参与其中,促进各高校之间互相沟通交流,取长补短,不断改善和丰富课堂教学,提升自身的综合素质,为化工类新型人才的培养提供一条有效途径。

     

    Abstract: This article proposes a training mode for chemical undergraduate students through the National College Students Chemical Engineering Experiment Competition. Applying their theoretical knowledge to experiment and simulation through competition not only consolidates students' basic knowledge, but also enhances their hands-on ability, innovative thinking and teamwork spirit, and familiarize them with the actual business and production of chemical industry. The National College Students Chemical Engineering Experiment Competition further enable changes to chemical curriculum such as increasing laboratory safety training through simulation, which will enrich teaching content, improve teaching methods, integrate learning and practice, and increase flexibility. Meanwhile, teachers participate in competition as organizers or judges, which will promote communication and mutual learning among universities, diversify teaching, improve teachers’ overall quality, and provide an effective way for the cultivation of new type of chemical professionals.
