智能识别光频搬运物料小车的设计与制作

Design and Operation of Smart Frequency Identifying Material Car

  • 摘要: 该文以stm32f103为核心芯片,设计了一种智能物料搬运小车。小车利用TCRT5000红外接收管接收闪烁的红外光,根据不同的光频令机械臂做出对应的装料动作,之后通过灰度传感器识别路径,循迹到达目标地点后令机械臂执行放料动作。装料与放料过程中,通过Open mv识别物料颜色位置是否变化来判断是否装料放料成功。实验结果表明,小车运行过程中系统稳定,实现了预期的循迹、物料搬运、光频识别及色块识别等功能。

     

    Abstract: This article orients to the design of a smart frequency identifying material car using stm32f103 as the core chip. The TCRT5000 identifies the light flashing frequency, based on which the robotic arm performs corresponding action of loading. Through route recognition of grayscale sensor, the car moves to the destination and the robotic arm performs the action of unloading. In the process of loading and unloading, Open mv is used to identify the position changes of colored materials to judge whether the loading and unloading is successful. Test results show that the car operates stably and well performs functions of tracking, material handling and recognition of light flashing frequency and color blocks.
