“新工科”实验室开放管理模式研究

Research on the Management Model in Open Laboratory for “Emerging Engineering Discipline”

  • 摘要: 在“新工科”背景下,实验室的开放,需要更加重视结构的优化,提升实验室开放的针对性、跨专业性,让不同专业的学生在实验室中都能够得到实践训练。随着创新人才培养的亟需,对学生实践技能的要求也大大提高,实验室的开放将不再是授课这一单一形式,而多元协同、优化实验室的开放方式将会是未来教学改革、工程技术人才培养的基础。该文通过探索实验室开放模式及审核方案,结合原有制度运行的经验,探讨新模式的优势,助力“新工科”的管理探索。

     

    Abstract: In the context of “emerging engineering discipline”, the opening of the laboratory is required to put emphasis on structural optimization, in order to become a more targeted and interdisciplinary laboratory where students of different disciplines may acquire practical training. The urgent needs of grooming innovative talents have put forward higher requirements for students’ practical skills. Meanwhile, the opening of laboratories will no longer keep a single form of giving lectures, but multi-cooperation. Optimizing the opening model of laboratories will be the basis of the teaching reform in the future and the cultivation of engineering talents. Having explored the open model of the laboratory and verification program, this paper has discussed the advantages of the new model via combining the experience of the original system operation, in a bid to facilitate the management exploration of the “emerging engineering discipline”.
