Reform of Comprehensive Design Experiment for Drug Analysis Under “Virtual-Real Combination”

  • 摘要: 将“虚实结合”综合设计实验模式引入到药物分析实验课程中,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定苯磺酸氨氯地平片的含量,并用虚拟仿真软件进行方法学考察。指导学生自主设计实验方法,“虚实结合”模式下完成实验内容,总结实验过程,并进行实验结果讨论。旨在通过改变传统的实验教学模式,调动学生的积极性和主动性,激发学生的科学探索精神,锻炼学生的创新思维能力。

     

    Abstract: By introducing virtual-real combined comprehensive design experimental model into pharmaceutical analysis experiment, this paper determines the content of amlodipine besylate tablets by means of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and conducts the methodology inspection utilizing virtual simulation software. Students are guided to design the experimental method independently, accomplish the experimental content under “virtual-real combined” model, summarize the experimental process, and discuss the experimental results. This paper, through transforming traditional experimental teaching model, is poised to mobilize students’ motivation and initiative, stimulate their desire of science exploration, and hone their creative thinking abilities.
