Design of Laser Speckle Interferometry Experiment Control Platform Based on LabVIEW

  • The online diagnosis of the material morphology of the first wall of the nuclear fusion device is of great significance for the safe operation of the fusion device. Laser speckle interferometry is one of the most promising means to achieve real-time monitoring of wall material erosion and redeposition. Based on LabVIEW, this paper establishes a laser speckle interferometry experimental platform for precise automatic timing control and automatic image acquisition. It realizes independent communication and remote control for functional experimental equipment, including laser, piezoelectric ceramic and CCD camera. The MATLAB program is called to perform real-time inversion of the morphology of the sample to be tested. The experimental results show that the laser speckle interference experiment control platform meets the experimental operation requirements, realizes the precise control of the timing and reduces the experimental error. The experimental platform has good expansibility and has strong reference and transportability for the construction of related platforms.
