Quality Evaluation and Improvement of the Practice Teaching System for the Cultivation of Compound Innovative Talents of Industrial Engineering Specialty

  • In the era of “Internet +” and big data, new requirements have been put on the ability of colleges and universities to train industrial engineering professionals. The thesis applies quality function development (QFD) theory to the evaluation and reform of practical teaching systems. This article takes Nanjing University’s industrial engineering specialty to cultivate compound innovative engineering management talents as the research object, and determines the ability outline of talents’ demand through questionnaire survey. Then, by constructing a quality matrix, the quality evaluation of the experimental teaching system of the industrial engineering specialty of NTU is conducted. Based on the analysis of the quality assessment data, the improvement measures of the experimental teaching system are proposed.
