Advantages and Application of Virtual Simulation Laboratory in the Teaching of “Groundwater and Environment”

  • Based on the analysis of the deficiencies in the teaching of the “Groundwater and Environment” Hubei Key Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center and the physical laboratory and the advantages of virtual simulation experiments, this paper expounds the construction of a “groundwater and environment” virtual simulation laboratory characteristics and innovations, and listed some completed virtual simulation experiment projects. Then it elaborated that the training objective of groundwater related majors is to cultivate new talents with “thick foundation, strong ability, and heavy innovation”, and clarified that the direction of laboratory construction is “combination of virtual and real, complementary advantages, and multiple collaborative work.”
