Research on the Construction and Management of Technical Team in University Laboratory

Due to the increasingly important position of laboratories in teaching and research in universities, higher requirements are placed on the management and construction of laboratory technical team, and the enthusiasm of laboratory technical team needs to be fully mobilized. Based on an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the laboratory technical team, combined with the actual situation, some effective measures have been proposed: changing concepts, raising awareness, improving their own quality, strengthening the system construction of combining personnel introduction and training, improving the assessment system and optimizing incentive mechanism. The combination of these three aspects and their specific implementation have achieved certain results, and also provided ideas for the construction and management of high-quality laboratory technical team.
