Temperature Distribution Model of Special Clothing Based on Finite Difference Method

  • Regarding the design of special clothing for high temperature, this article builds a multi-layer heat conduction model based on the heat conduction theory and obtains parametric partial differential equations with variable coefficient. The finite difference methods and the traversal search algorithm are used to solve the equations and identify the temperature distribution law. The model is then tested and proven relatively accurate. The skin surface temperature obtained by the heat transfer analysis temperature distribution model is compared with the actual skin temperature.The temperature curves are relatively consistent, with relatively small errors. The article also analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the model and proposes some suggestions for improvement.
