Design and Operation of Smart Frequency Identifying Material Car

  • This article orients to the design of a smart frequency identifying material car using stm32f103 as the core chip. The TCRT5000 identifies the light flashing frequency, based on which the robotic arm performs corresponding action of loading. Through route recognition of grayscale sensor, the car moves to the destination and the robotic arm performs the action of unloading. In the process of loading and unloading, Open mv is used to identify the position changes of colored materials to judge whether the loading and unloading is successful. Test results show that the car operates stably and well performs functions of tracking, material handling and recognition of light flashing frequency and color blocks.
