Construction of the Pharmaceutical Innovation Talents Platform under the “Double First-class” Strategy

Under the background of “double first-class” strategy, in line with the requirements of innovative talent cultivation for university laboratory construction and undergraduate teaching reform, centering on the core of undergraduate ability training and aiming at the cultivation of innovative pharmacy talents, the Nankai Experimental Demonstration Center for Pharmaceutical Education has established a comprehensive three-level experimental teaching platform includes training basic experimental skills, cultivating pharmacy research capabilities and pharmacy innovation skills. The aim is to establish and improve the management mechanism, strengthen the construction of the experimental team, improve the network management platform, and form its own school-running characteristics with remarkable results.
