Evaluation of the Incentive Mechanism of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Colleges and Universities Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

From the five aspects of publicity & atmosphere, education system, practice platform, guarantee system and reward policy, 19 indexes are selected to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for incentive mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities. On that basis, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is adopted to determine the weight of each index, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate the incentive mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship in a university of Sichuan Province. In spite of a “good” incentive mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship indicated by the results, the university is required to make further improvements in publicity & atmosphere and education system.
