Abstract
To meet the needs of society for practical and innovative talents, this paper analyzes and discusses the current situation and problems faced by the experimental teacher team in the Electrical and Electronic Teaching Experimental Center of Xi’an Jiaotong University. This article puts forward the idea of improving the overall quality of experimental teacher team by strengthening teacher training, building team culture and team cohesion, and summarizes the specific measures to promote the construction of experimental teachers by designing experimental cases. It lays the foundation for cultivating high-quality talents who have a solid theoretical foundation, practical hands-on ability and innovation ability, and can provide reference for other universities.
