Biomedical Electronic Experimental Design Reflecting Autonomy, Exploration & Comprehensiveness

  • Biomedical electronics experiment, which embodies the autonomy, exploration and comprehensiveness, undoubtedly plays a significant role in students’ understanding of the theory and improvement of ability. To showcase autonomy, exploration and comprehensiveness, the paper designs a series of biomedical electronics experiments to free the mind of students and encourage them to think out of box. This paper introduces one of the experiments—the measurement circuit of impedance respiratory wave, and explains the ideas and expression of experimental design. Students complete the experiment independently, who need to refer to relevant data and conduct experimental verification. The experiment involves many courses and diverse content. These biomedical electronics experiments have been proved effective after many rounds of teaching tests, which provides a novel insight for the design of teaching experiments.
