Construction and Practice of Life Sciences Ultramicro-imaging Platform

Large instrument and equipment are important condition for universities to carry out teaching and scientific research. Life science is a popular research field at present. The intensive management of large equipments can realize open sharing and improve the use efficiency and benefit of equipment. Based on the construction experience of life sciences ultramicro-imaging platform of Wuhan University, this paper expounds the original situation and construction background of the platform. From the equipment configuration, use and management, open sharing and other aspects, the platform was constructed and used. Also, the effect of platform construction was summarized from the system building, technical team, benefits and other aspects.
