Development and Practice of Engineering Application-oriented PID Control Experiment Platform

  • Given the wide application of PID control theory in the engineering market, experimental teaching plays an indispensable role in acquiring the relevant content. The present situation of modeling and virtualized PID control experiment content is divorced from the engineering practice. To this end, the ability to solve complex engineering problems is underlined in the new engineering talent training. Based on the real industrial control object, this paper develops the engineering-oriented PID experiment system by using the mainstream industrial control technology. The students’ original aspiration of discovering and solving engineering problems during the experiment highlighted in this paper has been applied in the experimental teaching, which obtains good effect and is worth being popularized.
