Research on the Web-based Teaching of Biological General Experiment

As an integral part of life science general education, biological general experiment not only enables students to understand biological theories and acquire experimental skills, but also helps students combine theory with practice and improves their ability to analyze and solve problems. During the outbreak of COVID-19, in order to ensure the experiment teaching quality and progress, this paper adopts a variety of web-based teaching methods and resources to carry out the web-based teaching of biological general experiments and offline home edition experiments. In addition, this paper discusses the measures that adapt to the present teaching conditions, optimizes students’ experience of online experiment courses, enriches students’ learning approaches, thereby providing reference for the follow-up promotion of teaching reform for general experiment.
