Design and Practice of Blended Teaching Course of Engineering Surveying

  • This paper analyzes the major problems currently existing in the teaching process of engineering surveying in Sichuan University, and expounds the necessity of teaching reform of engineering surveying. Based on Chaoxing network education platform, this paper puts forward a hybrid teaching model which combines MOOC and flipped classroom, and sets up a diversified course evaluation system suitable for the hybrid teaching model. The practice results show that the blended teaching model helps solve the contradiction between the increasing teaching content and the decreasing class hours, facilitate the cultivation and exertion of students’ subjective initiatives of learning, and improve the students’ abilities to analyze and solve problems.
