Chongqing High-skilled Personnel Training Base of Engineering Training and Management Experiment Center is conducting reform in accordance with engineering education model by introducing roleplay simulation method into teaching activities. By setting up new learning scenarios and designing customer orders, students are able to play the maintenance roles in these activities. At the same time, students’ social communication skills, practical abilities, problem-solving abilities, professional theoretical knowledge and technical skills are improved. As a result, it is able to cultivate highly educated, qualified and high-skilled applied technique-oriented professionals providing automobile service, and meet the needs of the society and industry.
