Experiment Design of Wireless Network Optimization Based on Virtual Simulation

  • The virtual simulation experiment of wireless communication network is able to save laboratory investment and eliminate safety hazards while satisfy a large number of students operating large-scale communication network device at the same time. However, the performance of the wireless network is affected by many factors, and the optimization of the real network takes a long time, being difficult to meet the experimental requirements of students. In order to enable students to master the basic principles of wireless network optimization methods, two types of experiments are designed based on the wireless communication network virtual simulation experiment platform, namely optimization experiments based on simulation scene parameters and optimization experiments based on wireless parameters. The experimental program is able to help cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve problems. The comparison results show that the wireless network optimization experiment results based on the virtual simulation experiment platform are consistent with the theoretical analysis results, and the experimental results can verify the network optimization plan and meet the experimental requirements of students.
