Experiment and Application of Laser on Planetary Gear Test Bench

  • Due to its working characteristics, laser sensors can be used in detection environment where ordinary acceleration sensors cannot be applied. In order to better apply the laser sensor to experimental teaching, the research team designed a set of non-contact acquisition and analysis system for postgraduate experiments based on the teaching reform and the construction of the graduate student’s “Rotor Dynamics” course and “Mechanical Vibration” course. The dynamics research group takes the traditional planetary gear test bench as the research object, using laser sensors to carry out experiment on it, analyzing the relevant data and various trends, and the experiments prove that the laser equipment can be used well for equipment fault diagnosis research.
