Abstract
A 4-D memristor chaotic system is constructed by adding a third-order nonlinear flux-controlled memristor to the classical QI chaos system. By analyzing the basic dynamics characteristics of the system, it is proved that chaotic attractors can be generated in this system. Then the hardware circuit is designed, and different types of attractors and limit cycles are observed by changing the parameters of the components. The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results. The chaotic circuit design and hardware experiment scheme based on memristor can not only expand the realization method of traditional chaotic circuit, but also provide new ideas for the experimental teaching of nonlinear circuit design and other related courses, and play a role in the development of practical teaching.
