Design and Practice of Flipped Classroom Based on the OBE Concept

  • In view of the problems existing in the experimental teaching of electrical drive course design , based on the concept of OBE education, with the outcome as the orientation and students’ ability cultivation as the goal, the flipped classroom design is carried out, in which course teaching objectives are set, course teaching content is optimized, flipped classroom teaching mode is constructed and evaluation feedback mechanism is reformed. The teaching process is divided into three links: acquiring knowledge before class, internalizing knowledge in class and summarizing and improving knowledge after class. Practice shows that the flipped classroom teaching mode and the reform of diversified evaluation mobilize students’ enthusiasm for learning, strengthen the interaction between teachers and students, improve students’ ability of independent learning, independent thinking and independent problem solving, and improve the quality of experimental teaching.
