Research on the Integrated Cultivation of Engineering Practice and Innovation Ability

  • Under the background of the construction of emerging engineering education, in view of the problems of loose connection among curriculum contents and insufficient integration of multi-disciplinary resources in the cultivation of engineering practice innovation ability, this paper studies how to integrate ideological and political theories teaching into the cultivation of students’ knowledge, ability and innovation, how to build a multidisciplinary interdisciplinary teacher team, a shared practice platform for interdisciplinary integration, a training driving mechanism of interdisciplinary integration projects, and a multi-dimensional integration teaching mode. Thus, an integrated training system of “three coupling and four integrations” is constructed for engineering practice and innovative talents. The practice results show that this integrated training system promotes the improvement of students’ innovative thinking, engineering knowledge and practical ability, and plays a good role in promoting the improvement of students’ innovative ability.
