Experimental Teaching Method of Industrial Robot Based on Virtual Simulation

  • Aiming at the problems of industrial robots, including low efficiency of online programming and high risk of operating robot directly, a robot experimental teaching method based on virtual simulation is put forward, an experiment of simulating loading and unloading in machine tool and a set of experimental teaching platform for industrial robot experiment are designed, a virtual simulation scheme based on Fanuc RoboGuide 9.1 software and a practical solution based on Fanuc LR Mate 200 iD industrial robot are presented. This teaching method, which combines simulation and practice, greatly improves the experimental efficiency, and enables students to pre-operate and rehearse the robot through computer software, so that they can fully understand and master its use methods and debugging techniques before actually operating the robot, increasing the flexibility of the experiment.
