Exploration and Practice of the Application of Spirulina in Comprehensive Experimental Teaching of Plant Physiology

In view of the defects of traditional plant physiology experiments, such as single material and long experiment cycle, Spirulina was applied in the comprehensive experiment of plant physiology combined with the scientific research advantages of Jinan university. The experiment includes plant growth and environment, cell division, photosynthesis and other knowledge points in plant physiology. This paper introduces the experimental principle, experimental method and operation, experimental results and analysis. The practice shows that the experiment effectively stimulates students’ interest in experiment, enhances students’ comprehensive experiment ability, and improves the teaching quality and effect of plant physiology experiment.
