Research and Practice on Promoting the Shared-service and Sustainable Benefits of Large-scale Instruments

The high cost of large-scale instruments clearly defines the importance of their input-output ratio.Continuously promoting shared-service and improving the use-efficiency of large-scale instruments is an effective way to advance the utilization and optimize the allocation of instrument resources. In the past five years, in order to adapt to the new benefit evaluation system of large-scale instruments, “985” large-scale instrument analysis center of Chemical Engineering School has provided continuous instrument training services and achieved remarkable results in terms of openness, operating hours and scientific research achievements. Moreover, we should pay more attention to the professional level and career development of managerial and technical staffs, and enhance the social cooperation and public benefits of large-scale instruments, which can promote the sustainable development of instrument shared-services.
