Abstract
Robot experiment teaching, which combines knowledge, skills, quality and ability, is an important means to cultivate innovative talents in new engineering education. Aiming at the problems that the experiment teaching cost using real robot is expensive and it is difficult to carry out experiments on a large scale at the same time, the robot virtual simulation experiment teaching is carried out in this paper. Taking the design and application of writing-task-driven robot virtual simulation experiment as an example, we detail the process of building a high interactive writing robot virtual simulation experiment teaching system. Then different kinds of experiment contents about robot kinematics, trajectory planning, motion control and other knowledge are designed. The system is applied to the course of robot control practice for college students and the popular science activities for middle school students. The implementation results show that the proposed method effectively stimulates students’ learning interest and innovation consciousness, and cultivate the ability to expand and transfer their knowledge to solve practical engineering problems.
