Abstract
Solid waste recycling is an important way for energy conservation and emission reduction and human sustainable development. In order to cultivate students’ innovative consciousness and spirit, this paper designs a research experiment of comprehensive utilization of solid waste resources based on smelting steel slag. The steel slag and separated products were characterized by chemical analysis, electron spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The processing experiments of dry magnetic discarding, wet magnetic separation and “concentrate classification, grinding and re-selection” were investigated, and the experimental results were discussed and analyzed. The experiment is designed based on the practical engineering problems. It is rich in content, comprehensive, systematic and practical. It can enrich students’ scientific research thinking, improve their engineering practice ability, expand their academic vision, strengthen the understanding and application of knowledge, which is benefit to cultivate students' ability to solve engineering problem.
