Design and Realization of Virtual Simulation Experimental System for Warship Counter Flooding

  • To ensure the survivability and combat effectiveness of the ship, it’s very important to carry out counter flooding work timely and effectively. In order to solve the teaching and training problems of ship counter flooding, which cannot be solved by full-scale ship counter flooding experiment, traditional ship model, simulator and other physical experiment conditions, the task profile and external environment of ship loading and unloading, grounding, collision and damage, strong wind and waves are simulated comprehensively by means of virtual simulation experiment. By the means of role-playing, students immerse in the task background for experiment exploration, trial and deduction. The comprehensiveness and challenge of virtual simulation experiment are improved effectively. In addition, the accurate docking of college teaching and battle station tasks is ensured.
