Construction of Safety Quality Improvement System for Laboratory Personnel in Universities

The safety quality improvement of laboratory personnel is a key part of laboratory safety work, and the main implementation methods are safety education, publicity and training. This paper first expounds the aim and means briefly of improving the safety quality of laboratory personnel. Subsequently, the safety quality improvement system construction measures are discussed in detail from the perspective of safe education, publicity and training, respectively. At last, future work plans are suggested.
