Application of Simulation in the Course of Modern Processing Technology

  • Modern processing technology involves a lot of processing theories and methods. Since the offline practice of curriculum teaching is insufficient, this paper provides an approach of simulation practice. The difficulties in teaching modern processing technology are introduced. The role of simulation practice in the teaching of modern processing technology includes enriching practical content, assisting teaching and cultivating students’ innovation ability. Through course content reconstruction, virtual simulation demonstration, student simulation practice, hierarchical guidance, innovation challenge, process assessment and evaluation, simulation practice plays an auxiliary role in teaching. It proved a feasible way to solve the difficult problem in the practice of processing course of mechanical specialty.
