Exploration and Practice of Improving “High-level, Innovation and Challenge” of Confirmatory Experiment Based on Blended Teaching

  • Taking the high-pressure property determination test of formation oil as an example, digital teaching resources were developed and an online virtual classroom was constructed.The online and offline blended teaching was used to break through the limits of teaching time and space, expanding the experimental contents to cover the whole process of formation oil sampling, preparing, transferring, properties testing and analyzing. And a part of the research on carbon dioxide oil flooding and storage mechanismwas integratedto the experimentto closely follow the frontier research hotspots in the field of petroleum engineering, thus to improve the original confirmatory experiment to an exploratory experiment.The student-oriented flipped experiment teaching mode was constructed. Assessment method of “teacher + students”, “process + results” and “normal + difficult” was used to evaluate the experimental score,which was carried at multiple stages of pre-class, at-class and after-class. Thesemeasures effectively solved some problems existing in the traditional experimental teaching, improved the “high-level, innovation and challenge” of the confirmatory experiment, increased the “gold” content ofthepetroleumengineering experiment course.
