Abstract
To enhance students’ understanding of microgrids, a dSPACE based microgrid teaching experimental platform was designed and implemented. Various control algorithms can be quickly established, designed, and validated on this platform using dSPACE controller. The microgrid experimental teaching system suitable can be constructed by flexibly combining hardware circuits, including converter power module, energy storage module, and load module. The designed micro-grid teaching experiment platform uses modular design to improve the scalability and design flexibility of system components, and the constructed microgrid topology structure is flexible and variable. Students can conduct secondary development on the platform, which can effectively train students’ abilities in software and hardware design and control algorithm design, deepen their understanding of the operating mechanism and control methods of microgrids, and improve their innovative practical abilities.
