Research of Engineering Training for Cultivating Core Competencies in the Era of Intelligent Manufacturing

To meet the new demands of the era of intelligent manufacturing for new engineering training courses, and with the core competencies of engineering talents as the main goal, a three-tier progressive curriculum system is designed based on goal orientation. Emphasizing continuous improvement throughout the entire lifecycle, the teaching process is reconceptualized. Students are guided to transit into active roles, leading the curriculum.
