There are several problems in the construction of experimental technical teams, including position establishment, performance assessment, and career advancement. While most colleges and universities provide solutions from the policy level, there is limited reporting on specific implementation guidelines under these policies. This paper takes Shenzhen University Medical School as an example, identifying problems in the construction of experimental technical teams in medical universities, detailing the specific implementation guidelines of the school in optimizing position establishment, quantifying workloads, improving assessment systems, and clarifying career development. Practice has shown that these approaches play a positive role in optimizing the construction of medical experimental technical teams.
