Construction Method of Medical Experimental Technical Team under the Background of New Era

Under the background of the new era, the state has put forward requirements for the development of experimental technical teams, and the reform of colleges and universities has been accelerated. There are several problems, such as post setting, assessment, and promotion of professional titles. Most studies give solutions at the policy level, but there are few detailed reports. This paper takes the Shenzhen University Medical School as an example, lists the problems existing in the construction of experimental technical team in medical colleges, and details the specific implementation rules of the department in optimizing the establishment of posts, quantifying the work, improving the assessment, and clarifying the development. Practice shows that the above strategies have a positive effect on optimizing the construction of medical experimental technical team.
