Research on Open-sharing Strategy of Instrument Platform Based on SWOT-AHP Analysis

Large scale instruments and equipment are important resources to support talent cultivation and scientific research in Colleges and universities. How to promote open-sharing efficiency of the instrument platform has always been the focus of research. Based on the current open-sharing situation and characteristics of Instrumental analysis center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, this paper uses SWOT-AHP model to combine qualitative and quantitative methods. After analyzing the related factors with hierarchical method, it is found that S1 (university’s support), W2 (technical ability is not comprehensive), O4 (discipline needs) and T4 (competition of public platform at the Institute level) are the key factors. After further analysis, the ST strategy is proposed to solve the external threats by using internal advantages.
