Abstract
Virtual simulation experiment teaching based on digital twin and Unity3D visualization technology is one of the important measures to improve the digital system of higher education teaching and enhance digital application capabilities. To meet the teaching needs of engineering-guided comprehensive experiments in the field of “Automatic Detection Technology”, guided by the challenging engineering problems of high-dimensional perception, intelligent diagnosis and early warning of high-speed trains, a multidimensional perception and digital twin virtual simulation experiment for high-speed trains has been developed. Through offline training and model prefabrication, virtual reality, and human-computer interaction, the engineering scenario is brought into undergraduate laboratories, classrooms, student dormitories, and any other location for students to learn at any time. This solves the problems of difficulty in obtaining experimental objects, high risk during the experimental process, and high experimental costs in laboratory engineering verification, effectively supporting the cultivation of systematic conception, independent design, expansion and innovation, and engineering practice abilities for automation majors.
