Abstract
Virtual simulation experiment teaching based on digital twins and Unity3D visualization technology is one of important measures to improve digital system of higher education teaching and enhance digital application capabilities. To meet the needs of engineering guided comprehensive experimental teaching in the field of automatic detection technology, guided by challenging engineering of high-dimensional perception, intelligent diagnosis and early warning of high-speed trains, a multi-dimensional perception and digital twin virtual simulation experiment for high-speed trains has been developed. The engineering scene is moved into any venue such as undergraduate laboratories, classrooms, and student dormitories for students to learn at any time, through offline training and model prefabrication, virtual reality, and human-computer interaction. The problems of difficulty in obtaining experimental objects, high levels of danger during experimental process, and high experimental costs have been solved in laboratory engineering verification. Students majoring in automation have been trained in systematic conceptualization, independent design, expansion and innovation, and engineering practice abilities.
