Development and Teaching Application of Performance Test Bench for Refrigerant Compressors

In order to better combine theoretical knowledge with engineering practice, a comprehensive experimental teaching project of “refrigerant compressor performance experiment” was opened for energy and power engineering students. A compressor performance test bench based on the method of second refrigerant calorimeter and refrigerant liquid flow meter was established according to the national standard. The experimental teaching content was designed and the key points of experimental teaching were explored. Through this experimental course, students can understand the principles and methods of refrigerant compressor performance testing, master the regulation and control rules of refrigeration systems. It aims to strengthen engineering thinking and improve engineering problem-solving ability.
