Design of an Virtue Experiential Robotic Teaching Platform

  • Cultivating high-quality technical talents with innovative spirit and engineering ability is an urgent issue to be explored in the reform of university robot curriculum training mode. Most existing robot practice teaching platforms involve hardware equipment or technologies that are too complex, making it difficult to replicate and difficult to popularize. This article proposes two robot practice teaching platform architectures, which are used for robot simulation with single-chip microcomputer and robot simulation with PLC as control systems respectively, and takes the six-degree-of-freedom articulated robot as an example to introduce the construction methods and experimental contents of two experiential robot practice teaching platforms. The proposed fully virtual robot practice teaching platform realizes the integration of simulation of control system and mechanical system, which can meet the practical teaching needs of robot operation and development layers.
