Construction of a Virtual Simulation Platform for Ship Combat Systems

To thoroughly implement the strategy of revitalizing the military through science and technology, focusing on “teaching for combat and cultivating talent for winning,” and by combining virtual reality technology, the construction of a virtual simulation platform for ship combat systems is carried out. This paper analyzes the significance of constructing a virtual simulation platform for ship combat systems, proposes its architecture and design, and elaborates on the technical approaches to implementing the platform. Taking the air defense combat experiment as an example, this paper demonstrates the construction of the virtual experiment project for the ship combat system on the platform. It provides a feasible, verifiable, and reproducible new research paradigm and key technical support for promoting the deep transformation of experimental teaching towards “combat-oriented, immersive, and intelligent” directions.
