Research and Practice on Intelligent Management in University Converged Media Experimental Center from the Perspective of Organizational Resources

From the perspective of organizational resource management, this paper analyzes the teaching resources of university converged media experimental centers, combines the main business modules and workflow of the experimental centers, and proposes an intelligent resource management model for such centers. By leveraging technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and mobile Internet, the model enables integrated intelligent management of laboratories, experimental equipment, knowledge resources, and other assets through an information system. Taking Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper presents the practical application of this model to achieve intelligent resource management in a converged media experimental center.
