Abstract
In response to challenges in enterprise management diagnosis courses, including limited research time, difficult personnel coordination, and unreproducible scenarios, we developed a virtual simulation teaching project based on virtual simulation technology principles. Following an experimental framework of “enterprise investigation - process analysis - data simulation - management diagnosis” and adhering to principles of scenario construction and interactive experience, this project facilitates the development of students’ comprehensive management capabilities. Through digital reconstruction of management diagnosis scenarios and human-computer interaction, the project successfully integrates business case studies with virtual simulation technology. The implementation has yielded significant results in overcoming spatiotemporal constraints, recreating authentic management environments, and enhancing teaching effectiveness.
