Research on Micro/Nano-Devices Fabricating Experimental Teaching Mode Utilizing Virtual Simulation Technology

  • School of Communications and Information Engineering, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, leveraging the national-level Information and Communication Engineering Experimental Teaching Center and Micro/Nano Devices & Information Systems Overseas Expertise Introduction Center for Discipline Innovation (“111 Center”), has conducted research on Micro/Nano-Devices Fabricating Experimental Teaching Mode utilizing Virtual Simulation technology within the field of electronic science and technology education. The establishment of a “multi-module, multi-level” chip fabrication experimental teaching system, leveraging this technology, has effectively addressed the challenges of high costs, safety risks, and the lag in technology updates associated with traditional experimental teaching methods. Furthermore, by incorporating artificial intelligence and other technological advancements into the teaching and assessment frameworks, the system is engineered to bolster students' practical skills and encourage innovative thinking. This approach is designed to ignite students’ passion for scientific research, expand their intellectual horizons, and nurture future leaders and elite professionals in their respective disciplines.
