Abstract
The School of Communications and Information Engineering, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, leveraging the national-level Information and Communication Engineering Experimental Teaching Center and Micro/Nano Devices & Information Systems Overseas Expertise Introduction Center for Discipline Innovation (“111” Center), has conducted research on the application of virtual simulation technology in micro-nano fabrication experiments for the discipline of electronic science and technology. The establishment of a “multi-module, multi-level” teaching system for micro-nano fabrication experiments, based on this technology, has effectively addressed the challenges of high costs, safety risks, and technological update lag associated with traditional experimental teaching. Furthermore, by incorporating artificial intelligence and other technological innovations into the teaching model and evaluation system, it enhances students’ practical skills and innovative thinking. This system helps cultivate students’ interest in scientific research, expand their intellectual horizons, and nurture future top-notch talents during their undergraduate studies.
