Exploration on the Intrinsically Safety Management of Instrument Sharing Platform in Secondary Colleges

The instrument sharing platform in secondary colleges is important base to support talent training, scientific research and social service. It is facing some problems and difficulties with an high level of open and sharing. By identifying the safety hazards, the problems of safety management are analyzed from four perspectives of personnel, goods, environment, and management. Based on the concept of intrinsic safety and PDCA closed-loop theory, an intrinsically safety management mode can be constructed, it includes top-level design, risk control, evaluation research and feedback improvement. By strengthening information technology and digital construction, the information system containing different functional modules such as organization management, risk management, material management, safety training, environment monitoring, safety inspection and evaluation has been built, which aims to establish a perfect safety guarantee for the high quality development of instrument sharing management platform.
