Abstract
To enhance the quality of basic experimental and practical teaching in the fundamental thermal-fluid course for the new energy vehicle engineering major, and to deepen students’ theoretical understanding of bubble dynamics in particle-laden fluid boiling heat transfer, a visualized experimental device for studying bubble dynamics in particle-laden fluid pool boiling heat transfer was constructed. A series of research-oriented experiments were designed to investigate the influence of particles on boiling bubble dynamics and the boiling heat transfer performance of particle-laden fluid. The experimental results confirm the scientific validity and rationality of the device, demonstrating its capability to clearly observe the interactions between bubbles and particles and to accurately measure boiling heat transfer performance. This is of great significance for students to deepen their understanding of particle-laden fluid boiling heat transfer phenomena, and to enhance their practical operation abilities and scientific research literacy.
